• The house is connected to the meter by 3 cables of 16mm² allowing L’obtaining the 110 and the 220 Volt. The electric connections are made out of wire of 16 mm². The switches, connectors are of Legrand (produced French of quality).
• The villa is elevated a few centimetres so D’to avoid any problem related to L’water in this tropical area (flood, evacuation).
• L’supply water is done by an individual puit located on the ground. This water is then filtered. Worn water is evacuated in a large anaerobic individual septic tank with 3 vats.
• Finally the ground is enclosed by a wall side way and cyclonic mesh for the 3 other sides.
