The area has marvelous tropical gardens. Each of the villas will possess its own private individual property title. There will be a communal charge, to include security, lighting, collection of the garbage and maintenance of the common areas. The individual cost to each private villa will be $200 dollars monthly.
Villas
Each villa is 130 sq meter, with three bedrooms, (one on the ground, two on the first floor) two bathrooms each with bath tub, one kitchen, one lounge, an a covered terrace with exotic wood, a laundry room and swimming pool.
The villas are fully furnished to include (Beds, Chairs, tables, wood sofa), kitchens will be fully equipped with (refrigerator/freezer, cooker/stove). The kitchens are complete with double sinks with faucet, work surface area, sectioned cabinets with wood doors, the bathrooms have double sinks, shower and toilet on the first floor but comes complete with bathtub on the ground floor level.
The bedrooms closets are complete with wooden doors, queen size bed or 2 twin beds depending on the type of room.
The terrace, salon, and kitchen will all be equipped with fans. Windows at the front of the villas will be installed with protective boards. The windows on ground floor level will have decorative wrought iron grids.
Design feature
The villas will have 110 and 220 volts electricity supply, individual electrical meters, installed telephone landline, internet access and television point. The switchers arefrom the brand Legrand. The water distribution is provided by polyethylen pipes and mixer tap.
The small technical premise is full equipped for the good working of the swimming pool and the house ( pump, pressure tank, filters…). The water is heated by gaz.
